About Outturn
Last reviewed:
Outturn is an AI operational control layer for ports and logistics: it works across the systems you already have and replaces none of them, and the controlling is done by rules-based checks – AI only explains and helps draft. Outturn reads the files your systems already produce, compares them with each other and with published tariffs, and shows every difference, its value in euros and the rows it is based on.

What we do
- We check carrier and port invoices, especially LTG Cargo wagon-use and storage organisation charges: see the calculators and rules.
- We join the data of a terminal's departments into one record with the source of every figure.
- We prove every discrepancy, assign it to an owner and close it only after a later check and a person's approval.
- We offer a free rail billing check: a written report within 5 working days, no calls.
What we do not do
- We are not a certified eFTI platform, a customs declarant or a certification body.
- AI does not set official figures and approves nothing on its own; people decide.
- We publish no customer results, logos or reviews we do not have. Examples on the site are synthetic and labelled as such.
How we write content
Guides, calculators and the glossary are written and reviewed by Outturn. Every figure has a primary source with a link and a review date; every page shows its last review date. If you spot an error, write to sales@outturn.eu – we will fix it and update the date.
