1. Who. The check is offered by the provider named on https://outturn.eu/legal/imprint, trading as Outturn ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What it is. At no cost, we compare the rail charges in up to 3 months of your carrier statements (for example LTG wagon-use hours, storage-organisation days, freight mass) with your own wagon movement and weight records. We return a written report by e-mail listing each wagon where they disagree, with the source rows. The report is information for your own decision. It is not legal, tax or claims advice, and we do not contact your carrier.

3. No obligation. You are not obliged to buy anything, and you can stop at any time. There is no charge for the check. If you later want a paid plan, its price and terms are agreed separately.

4. Confidentiality. We keep your files and the results confidential. Only the Outturn people who carry out the check can access them. We do not disclose them to anyone except our hosting sub-processors (listed in the Privacy Notice) or where the law requires it. You may ask for a mutual NDA before sending files.

5. Purpose limitation. We use your files only to carry out this check and to present the report. We do not use them to train AI models, for marketing, for benchmarks or for any other customer, and we do not name you anywhere without your written consent.

6. Deletion. Your files are stored encrypted. We delete them, the derived data and our copy of the report within 30 days after we send the report, and in any case within 60 days after you send the files, or earlier on request. Copies in our encrypted backups expire within a further 35 days. We confirm the deletion by e-mail on request. If you continue on a paid plan, data is carried over only if you ask in writing.

7. Personal data / DPA. Please send exports without personal data where possible (no driver or staff names; wagon numbers and times are enough). If your files do contain personal data, we process it as your processor only on your instructions, and we first sign a data processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 with you. Data is hosted in the EU. 8. How to send files. Only through this page or the address we give you for this check. Do not send passwords or system access. We never need access to your systems.

9. Liability. We do the check with care, but you decide which findings are correct before using them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you take based on the report. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
