Cookie Notice

Version 2026-10-04-v1.2 · effective 2026-10-04

Which cookies and browser storage Outturn uses, and why no consent banner is needed.

1.In short

Outturn uses only cookies and browser storage that are needed to provide the service you ask for: keeping you signed in, protecting sign-up and connection steps, and remembering your language. We use no analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that set them. Visits to our public pages are counted on our own server without any cookie or browser storage (see the Privacy Notice).

4.Our network provider

Our site is delivered through Cloudflare. If Cloudflare detects suspicious automated traffic it may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people and bots apart. It is used only to protect the service.

5.Why there is no consent banner

Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as implemented in Ireland by Regulation 5 of S.I. No. 336 of 2011, consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly request. All items above fall into that category, so we inform you instead of asking for consent. If we ever add any other cookie, we will ask for your consent first.

6.How to control cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you delete the session cookie you will need to sign in again.

More about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Notice.
